NHFDC Scholarship 2015 Application Form, Result

The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) is responsible for providing the funds to the persons with disabilities. NHFDC – 2015 has now issued a notification for the scholarships to be provided in account to help the disable persons. The eligible candidates have to apply online in order to get the scholarship for the academic year 2015-2015. DETAILES OF THE SCHOLARSHIP 

• This scholarship is given to those students with disabilities to become a post graduate level professional or to get the higher technical qualification. 

• For Trust fund, the candidates whose parent of guardian’s income is not more than 25,000/- per month are only eligible to get the benefits of scholarship.

 • For National fund, the candidates whose parent of guardian’s income is not more than 15,000/- per month are only eligible to get the benefits of scholarship. 

DOCUMENTS TO BE NEEDED FOR SCHOLARSHIP 

• You must attach the proof or your annual income. 

• The attested photo-copies of all of your documents should also be attached with the application form. 

• The attested photo-copies of the certificates of disability. 

• The receipt of the fee, about the course you want to take. 

HOW TO APPLY: 

Candidates can apply for the scholarship by online mode only. After filling the application form you will have to download the application form and then send it to the department with all your required documents to – The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC), Red Cross Bhawan, Sector – 12, Faridabad – 121007. 

RESULTS OF (NHFDC) – 2015: 

The results of the NHFDC – 2015 is likely to be declared in the month of October, 2015. The results of the NHFDC will comprised of merit list, and the one who have the higher place in merit, will be preferred for the scholarship.

State Govt. released a Notification for the National Means –Cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme to elaborate and encourage the bright student in the State. This scheme is executed for the more learning and some beneficial reason of the students. In this scheme the Govt. invited the candidates for registration and take the benefit of NMMS for the year 2015-14. The candidates who are deserve to more study but they are not able to get access by their Economical Conditions, they can take the advantage of this scheme. Eligibility Criteria: National Means –Cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS) prescribed the criteria for candidates who want to apply for this scheme. 

The candidates are allow to apply whose father’s annual income is less than Rs. 150000/-. This scheme provides the benefit of scholarship on quarterly basis such as Rs. 6000/- per year in extract form Rs. 500/- per Month every year for 4 years. For more details about the terms to take the advantage of this scheme candidates have to visit the official notification of this scheme. Procedure for Selection: The selection procedure will be done on the basis of two major Tests. These are 

1. Mental Ability Test (MAT) 

2. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) Mental Ability Test (MAT): This Test consist of 90 multiple-choice questions testing verbal and non-verbal meta-cognitive abilities like reasoning. The questions in the test may be on analogy, classification, pattern perception, numerical series, hidden figures etc. 

3) Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): Scholastic Aptitude Test consist of 90 multiple-choice questions covering subjects namely, science, social studies and mathematics as faced in classes VII and VIII. Time 

Duration for Test: The Authority prescribed the time duration for both Test is 90 Minutes only. 

Result Declaration: The result will be declared after the commencement of both Tests. The candidate is selected who aggregated the 40% Marks in both Tests. For reserved categories candidates the minimum percentage will be 32%.

Maulana Azad University is going provides the scholarship for the applicants who are not able to afford higher education. Maulana Azad University gives scholarship of Rs- 12000 only to OBC/SC/ST category that has passed their 11th and 12th class with minimum 55% marks. No applicants will have another scholarship if they get once.

Eligibility for Scholarship:

1) Those Girl applicants who belongs to National Minorities, (i.e. Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs, Parsis) can apply.

2) You must not gain less than 55% marks (in aggregate) in the High school certificate examination (Class Xth) recognized by Centre/State Board of Secondary Education.
