UPTET 2015 is an eligibility test to appoint the candidates on teacher or educational teachers post in any Uttar Pradesh govt run school or any private school. Every year , lac of candidates have been appeared inUPTET Exam for appointing as Primary levelTeacher(Class I to V) or Upper Primary level teacher (Class VI to VIII).

UP Teacher Eligibility Test 2015 complete details :
Name of Examination : Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)
Name of the posts :
1. Primary Level Class I to V
2. Language Teacher of Primary level
3. Upper primary Level Class VI to VIII
4. Language Teacher of upper primary level
Eligibility Criteria for UP TET 2015 :
Educational Qualification :
1. For Primary Level teacher : Candidates who want to apply , they should have obtained Graduation degree with an aggregate marks of 50% marks.
In addition, Candidates must have either 2 years diploma in special education (D.Ed) OR BTC training from UP (approved by NCTE) OR 4 year diploma in elementary education.
2. For Upper Primary Level teacher : Candidates must possess Graduation degree with an aggregate score of 50 % marks .
In addition, you must have either 1 year degree in elementary education (B.EL.ED) OR BTC training from UP (approved by NCTE ) OR 2 years course in BTC/CT (Nur)/ NTT (approved by NCTE).
Age Limit : Age Limit is not mentioned in the notification.

Mode of Selection : Selection will be based on Merit list. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in UPTET written Exam.

Uttar Pradesh TET Exam will be held in 2 parts that will be held in 2 days in 2 shifts :
1. Paper I will be held for Primary level teachers (in 1st session) & Language Teacher of Primary level (in 2nd session).
2. Paper II will be held for Upper Primary level teachers (in 1st session) and Language Teacher of Upper Primary level (in 2nd session).
